I started KEG Fitness in 2018, with a mission to help guide as many women as possible through their fitness journeys. I spent the next several years learning as much as I could, through school and educational courses, which landed me the title of Master Trainer.
Fast forward to 2025, now a mama to two energetic toddlers, who's experienced fitness in several different seasons of life, with several different mindsets. After a lot of growing, physically and mentally, I've realized that my one true, core passion is to help people start.
